Why my j5 prime is nit getting nougat update?

Earlier, Samsung Galaxy J5 Prime was not eligible to receive the Android Nougat update. However, recently, Samsung had some good news for J5 Prime users by rolling out the Android Nougat in the first week of October.

This update will be available as an OTA update and feature a size of more than 1GB. Users are advised to have an active Wi-Fi connection for the update download to take place without interruption.
