In case of N(CH3)3, PΠ-PΠ bonding occur between N and C atom.thus N has sp3 hybridisation with pyramidal shape.
But in case of N(SiH3)3, pπ-dπ bonding( back bonding) occur. due to Si has vacant 3d orbital.thus N has sp2 hybridisation with planar shape.
