in Na+ one electron is less and electronic configuration for Na is 2,8 means there are two shells
whereas , Na has 11 electrons so electronic configuration is 2,8,1 it means there are three shells.
so now u get that more number of shells means more atomic radius thats why Na is larger than Na+

in Na+ electronic configuration is 2,8. 2shells
in Na electronic configuration is 2,8,1 3shells
in Na+ one electron is less than Na
as Na has more number of shells so it's bigger
