Since the electronic configuration of Nitrogen is 2, 5
So, it has a valency of 3.
Thus, it forms triple bond

sameer9498: j know it form triple bond but why??
sameer9498: sry bro it form triple bond to complet its octat so ur ans is 50% right but i am not satisfy

Hello Friends ✌
Here is u r Ans ➡

✨Nitrogen has five (5) valence electrons. Nitrogen needs 3 electrons to complete an octet. Nitrogen typically forms three bonds. Each hydrogen atom can provide only one electron.
