Plants have deficient in nitrogen rather than carbon dioxide while carbon dioxide is less than nitrogen in atmosphere the reason of nitrogen deficiency is plants can't take nitrogen directly from atmosphere they take it when nitrogen is convert into nitrate by lightning or thunder and nitrogen by nitrogen fixing bacteria.
