Why Nitrogen is less soluble in water ... while it have tendency to form H bonding in water . ??
so why nitrogen is less soluble in water .

It is because the nitrogen gas is non polar, water is a polar solvent and so non polar species will be insoluble in it.only some amount of nitrogen gas is dissolves in water at given temperature because these gases have pi-electrons.
