why no person can be a member of both the houses simultaneously ?

becz as per article 80 a person in state house and Parliament can hold both for 6 months but in rajya Sabah lol Sabah it's not possible as one is elected from the people directly and other is elected by legislative party members of a state

Any person can be a member of only one house.

Incidentally the sitting members of both Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha are known only as MP s
(Member of Parliament).While the latter are elected directly by the people in general elections, the latter are elected by the State Legislators.
