why noble or inert gases have higher value of ionization energy?

Noble Gases have a very stable electron configuration, therefore, they have the highest amount of ionization energy within their periods. It decreases down a family because electrons farther from the nucleus are easier to remove. Largest to Smallest: Helium (highest ionization level in the periodic table)

noble gases have higher value of ionization energy because they are totally stable and the electron and photon balance in the atom is perfect and in order to take out one electron you have to give more energy because you are making that atom unstable so that home will not easily lose an electron to become unstable so it requires a huge amount of energy
