why normal eye can not see the object clearly placed before 25 centimetre?

due to power of accommodation it help to change the focal length

as the near point of the human eye is 25cm.so when the object is kept before 25cm then our eye is not able to focus image of the object as the image is formed before the retina so we are not able to see the object distinctly.
