why nuclear force is relatively weak force ??plz explain briefly ​

Beta decay is just one example of weak force .During beta decay the neutron disappears and is replaced by a proton ,an electron and a neutrino (anti - electron) .The weak force allows fusion of protons and neutrons to form deuterium.
