Type O blood lacks antigens on the outside of the red blood cells. ... Individuals with the blood group O Rhnegative are called “universal donors” because their red blood cells can be transfused to people of all blood groups. This is why the Red Cross is constantly recruiting donors whoseblood type is O Rh negative

Group O have both Anti A and Anti B in their antibodies of plasma. So they can attack or combine on any blood group. Because Group A have Anti B and Group B have Anti A in their plasma as Anti bodies.
