Here is u r ans ➡
✨In transfusions of packed red blood cells, individuals with type O Rh D negative blood are often called universal donors. Those with type AB Rh D positive blood are called universal recipients.
✨A universal blood donor is someone whose blood type is O negative. Blood type is a designation of two sets of proteins (called antigens) on the outsid.

The universal donor is O negative, not O positive. You cannot infuse Rh positive blood into anyone with Rh negative blood.
Blood from the universal donor (O-) can be given to anyone with any blood type without fear of adverse reactions. This is also why hospitals try to keep O negative in stock for those emergencies when they must transfuse someone quickly, every second counts, and typing the patient’s blood would lose precious time.
