why o positive cannod donate to negative groups

because no antigen is present on rbc of o group and both antibody a and b are present

O+ cannot donate blood to -ve blood groups because of presence of Rh factor.
Blood groups in which Rh factor is present are termed as +ve and in which it is absent are termed as -ve.
So, -ve blood can make antibodies against the Rh factor which is present in +ve blood group.
