why O2 reacts with another O to form O3(ozone)....as we know that any element reacts with other to be stable. and O2 is stable already so why it reacts with another ​

With different possible oxidation states, many possible molecular compounds can be formed when an element reacts with oxygen. Many reactions involving oxygen occur in biological processes, including cellular respiration and photosynthesis.
