because of excessive eating of junk food in canteens in nowdays childrens have stopped taking lunchbox from homes and have daily routine of eating outside

This is common in our society these days as children are not trying to stay active and are more into eating potato chips, chocolates, cakes etc. This is one reason why they become couch potatoes and dont go out
Next is video games. Kids play virtual reality, ps4 , electronic gadgets which hurts their eyes and their health. These are some reasons why children have obesity in their young age
