Why oceans are the source of rains?

Oceans are the source of rains as the water in the oceans evaporates and forms clouds. These clouds become heavier as more water evaporates from the Oceans. Then ,eventually when the clouds become too heavy ,the fall from the atmosphere to the surface of Earth as Rain.
