'On the job training' is the most common method of training that is implemented by almost all the organizations. It is more like a development program to teach the skills needed to work in that organization. It is usually carried out by an in-house instructor or a senior employee.

This is because the company trains the new employees about how the different processes and work takes place in the workplace. The employees get a clear-cut idea about what and how the work should be done at the office. This increases the quality of work and the productivity of the employee and the company.

It also helps the employee to identify their strengths and weakness regarding work and helps them draw a plan to improve it.
