In a ship, yes. On the surface, no.
But I do think that drinking through a straw would be a fair bit different on the moon. The first time you do it, you will suck with the amount of suction you expect to need to get water or whatever fluid into your mouth. But your suction force will be 6 times stronger than necessary, and you’ll probably choke on the incoming blast of water you just inhaled.
Additionally, capillary action should make that water rise 6 times higher up the sides of the straw.
