Why One feel cool after taking a hot shower

we feel cold after taking a hot shower bath because our bodies get used to the warmth of the water and once you get out, your body is no longer used to the normal air that you usually would be fine with.Something similar to this is if you put one of your hands in cold water for a minute and the other hand in hot or warm water for a minute, then put both hand s in room temperature water, your hand will feel different from each other even though they are in the same temperature at that moment.
