⭕️we should breathe through our nose not through our mouth because in our nose there are millions of hairs which purify  the inhaled air[ containing dirt] and do not damage our lungs.

⭕️The nose contains tiny hair like structures which prevent the dust particles from entering our lungs and the mucus present  in our nose prevents germs and dust from entering due to its sticky nature.

⭕️Nose filters dust germs and harmful substances and restrict their entry to lungs.

⭕️In this way we inhale filtered air. If we breathe by mouth we will take dust germs inside our mouth which can cause so many infections and are harmful for the body.

⭕Other reason is if we breathe through mouth we have to open our mouth continuously which is also a difficult task as it will dry our mouth and can cause obstructions during sleep.

one should always breath through nose not through mouth because nose have hair lining which prevent the entry of dust into the respiratory tract and it is also having the mucous layer which trap the germs and prevent their entry
