Because nose has mucus which prevent the entering of dust particles in our body whereas in mouth no mucus is present so if we will breathe through the mouth then d dust particles will get inside ( mark as brainliest if helpful)

you should breath through your nose because in air there are many dust particles which come with air and nose there are hairs are present to capture them to avoid dust particles go inside.
