Why one test tube has more empty space than other in electrolysis

Actually if u are doing electrolysis of water then when one molecule of water break into oxygen and hydrogen then two mole of hydrogen and one mole of oxygen is produced.

So as the moles of hydrogen are twice than oxygen hence volume of the gas collected at cathode will be twice is volume as collected on anode.
