Why only Magnesium and Manganese can react with $HNO_{3}$ to liberate Hydrogen, and why not other metals...

magnesium and magnese can liberate hydrogen with react on hno3 because hno3 is a very strong acid so if we use other metals they will get oxidized by hno3 but magnesium and magnese can liberate hydrogen in very dilute hno3
