Why only Mn and Mg reat with very diluted Nitric acid ? why K or Na Not react with nitric acid both are more reactive then Mg and Mn in reactive series

Hydrogen gas is not evolved when a metal reacts with nitric acid because nitric acid is a strong oxidising agent .It oxidises itself and gets reduced to any of the nitrogen oxides.But Mg and Mn react with very diluted nitric acid to evolve H2 gas
