At high altitudes, there's less oxygen available. This makes the air thinner and drier. The climate inside your nose also gets drier because of this.
And the blood vessels inside our nose gets exposed. We breath using our nose and not ears and nose is very much sensitive than ears therefore our nose bleeds at high altitudes like hill stations and not our ears.

because our nose vessels burst due to thin air at high altitude which causes nose bleeding
