Why only professionals are able to go to developed countries? Why cannot unskilled workers migrate to these countries?

the professional tribal to develop the country and their fused intelligent and also make the best use of resources which day as it is not allow the workers to migrate to that country as the workers are uneducated and they don't want a developed country to be have some uneducated person they are not feeling that is they should they should educate that person and provide education to them the only thing that how to make profit in making profit they always do not provide education to unskilled worker and they do not allowed to migrate to some famous countries

⭐. They require people with technical skills and professionals.

⭐. So , the unskilled workers cannot serve the purpose.

⭐. Thus , there is no scope for unskilled workers to migrate to developed countries.
