Why only prokaryotes have ability to fix atmospheric nitrorgen? why this ability is not found in eukaryotes ?

Because in eukaryotes they not have nitrogen fixing enzymes like nitrogenase.. but this enzyme is found in prokaryotes so they have ability to fix atmospheric nitrogen.
