The mixture of ethanol and water shows positive deviation from Raoult's law. The intermolecular forces present are weaker than those present in the ideal solution.

So thus the correct answer will be

-)Option A -) ethanol+ acetone.

Hope it helps uh.

Answer:

A mixture of ethanol and water shows positive deviation from Raoult's law. The intermolecular forces present are weaker than those present in the ideal solution. The total vapour pressure of the solution is greater than the total vapour pressure of an ideal solution. Also, the vapour pressure of each component is greater than that predicted from Raoult's law.

Explanation:

So your right answer is option A.

That's why B and D can't be your right answer.

Hope it will help you..
