HELLO ..YOUR ANSWER IS GIVEN BELOW:-
Answer:
- As we know there are many factors which gives rise to the formation of a large number of compounds for eg. Catenation (The property of self linking of atoms of an element through covalent bonds in order to form straight chains, branched chainsand cyclic chains if different sizes) and Tetravalency (Character of forming four covalent bonds) of Carbon atom.
- Due to this more than 5 million organic compounds are known today and thousands of new compounds are added every year to existing lot.
- All this demands a seperate branch of chemistry.
HOPE THAT I HAVE HELPED YOU WITH YOUR QUESTION..THANK YOU AND BEST OF LUCK
