why organisms do not create exactly same copies of them

Asexually reproducing organisms canmake exact copies of themselves. But it is impossible that all organisms produce similar organisms. In sexually reproducing organisms there isvariation due to the combination of genes. The variation may be in their structural and physical appearance.
