Answer:When the human body comes in contact with the jelly fish the body feels pain and irritation and this is because of the venom released by the jelly fish for its protection from other aquatic animals .Jelly fish have thousands of tentacles and these tentacles are armed with stinging cells and are used to defend prey .They have specialized cells called cnidocytes ,these cells have tiny envenomed harpoons like structure and these structure fire into the flesh of any organism that comes in contact with them because of this venom the body feels irritation.
