the reality is that it actually is in our hand . The situations or conditions we face are not in our hand but how we react to it is in our hand .

because our surroundings are not in our hand. and the memories which remains with us are always there they can make us happy or sad according to the type of memory it is. when our surrounding and memories and what we are thinking clashes than the mood automatically is generated.
