Why our muscle cramps

While doing heavy exercises our muscles does not get enough oxygen. Then the muscles in the abscence of oxygen undergoes anaerobic respiration in which the end products are lactic acid which causes cramps.

Hiya friend I think I have the answer to this question.

Muscle cramps are formed in our body when we exercise too much. Lactic acid or CH3CHCOOH is formed due to anaerobic respiration in our muscles.
