why our muscles cramped after exercise​

when we do exercise the inhaling of oxygen will be lowers as we know when the oxygen is less then anaerobic respiration occurs which produces lactic acid which makes muscles to be cramps..

Cramps may occur after doing exercise as there is a storage of lactic acid formed by the process of gluconeogenesis in the muscles as more energy is required after doing exercise. Hence cramps are caused in the muscles.
