Our palm feel cold when we hold ice for a while because the temperature of our hand is high as compaired to ice so, particles of ice get energy and vapourise and energy less particles left over that are cold.

when you hold an ice cube, heat is transferred from your warm hand to the cold ice and melts it. Your hand feels cold because it is losing heat energy. When electromagnetic waves come in contact with an object, they transfer heat to that object.
