Why oxime of benzaldehyde exhibit geometrical isomerism?

C6H5CHO + NH2OH ----> C6H5CH=N-OH

As you can see a double bond in formed in oxime which leads to restriction in rotation along double bond and hence can show Cis trans isomerism which is a type of geometrical isomerism.
if the OH group on nitrogen is oriented along the side of phenyl group i.e C6H5 it will be Cis isomer and along H side i.e opposite to C6H5 group it will be trans. hence oxime of benzaldehyde exhibit geometrical isomerism.
