Ozone doesn't have any positive negative valency because it is not an molecule and it is very poisonous and harmful but it is very useful above the atmosphere to protect from harmful UV radiations from the Sun not only that but many reasons she doesn't have any negative or positive valency the main reason is he doesn't form any cation or anion and it doesn't form any ionic bond so he doesn't have any valency that is positive or negative or {cation or anion}
