why Pacific ocean and Atlantic ocean don't mix with each other even though they meet??

PACIFIC AND. ATLANTIC OCEAN NEVER MIX EVEN THOUGH THEY MEET, BECAUSE
there actually two oceans are not meeting , but glacial water melting forms a shore, , and the reason why they don't mix is due to difference in there DENSITY.....
