Pakistan under General Parvez Musharraf is not considered as democratic because :-
1. Musharraf removed the government which was democratically elected. This was as similar to crime which he did with no punsihment.
2. He used several dirty tricks to win refrendum of 2002. Finally he decelared himself as winner of referandum.
3. He brought Pakistan in military rule where people lost their fundamental rights. This acted as strong evidence to say Pakistan under him non - democratic.
4. He remained quiet in terrorist activities and refused to take strick action against them.
5. His only motive was to rule Pakistan as long as he could to fulfill his purpose and dreams and to gain benifits of all central power.
