Answer:Pakistan is not a democratic country because there exist military dictatorship by which the head of the military controls the whole country. in 1999 General Pervez Musharraf establish military dictatorship in Pakistan after that Pakistan become a military dictator country not a democratic countries of Pakistan is not considered as a democratic country.I hope it will help u
