pakistan under general pervez musharraf should not be called as democracy as it was not fair. musharraf totally had the power of military and he was not going with the rules. when there was referendum in Pakistan then also the parents were forced by the teachers to vote to musharraf and all the booths were taken from there place so no one would vote again musharraf and then musharraf won the referendum by unfair means
