in pakistan general musshraf changed his designation to prime minister and become the president after in 2002 held a refrendum in the country that granted him five year extansion. pakistan media human rights organisations
and democracy activist said that the refrendum was based on malpractices and fraud

in august 2002 he issued a legal frame work order that ammended the constitution of pakistan
according to this order the president can dismis the national or provincial assemblies
and security council which is dominated by military officials
so,this is the many reasons that why pakistan under general musharaff should not be called democracy
