Pakistan under General Parvez Musharraf was not called a democracy since the rulers had not been elected by the people. Under him, Pakistan went under military rule. He erased away the democratically elected government and also used dirty tricks for winning the referendum held in the year 2002.

Answer:
HEY IAM INDIAN YOU I DON'T KNOW BUT
PAKISTAN I WILL KILL
Explanation:
Pakistan under General Parvez Musharraf was not called a democracy since the rulers had not been elected by the people. People might have elected their representatives to the national as well as the provincial assemblies but all these elected representatives were not really considered as the rulers.
