Why pakistan,Zimbabwe and china cannot be called democratic

China is not Democratic because there is only one Party
Zimbabwe is not Democratic because at
there election are won every year by same party
Pakistan is not Democratic because it is not secular state

These countries are cannot be called democratic because in these countries another type of government works. Like in Pakistan Martial government works , in China there is also martial and dictatorship . But in India it's not same .
