You might heared that in pas animals and humans were talking to each other but not now...
This because understanding each other is now so tough.
PRACTICE makes man perfect and this is only parrot...so parrot learn language...while other animals are not willing to learn like crow pigeon etc.

usually the parrots don't talk but some r god gifted that's why they can talk
