Because in most of the types of texts Someone who writes the text (writer) narrates or tells it to the readers.So we use passive rather than active forms of verbs.

Usually, the user must avoid the use of passive voice over.
That is because the passive voice can make the speaker and the writer seem weak & indirect.
What do you think sounds better here: the active voice, which is "I love you" or the passive voice, i.e. "I love you"?
