Everybody knows about the difference between the Indian Breeds and the Foreign Breeds of cattle. All of the basic differences are dewlap, hump , horns etc . There is also the difference between the A1 and A2 milk as stated because of the beta casein which is present in the Milk. But why?

The cows or the gomata which is called by the name in the Vedas are the first animal. Without cows the world would be dead long ago why?

First the cows which are having hump and dewlap have a sweat gland which is large in size than the European or American cows. Due to this the Indian cows sweat and when you go near the Indian cows you get a smell, this is because of the climate in India, hence the milk of the Indian cows doesn’t contain any impurities or matters which will be harmful to the human. On the other hand European or American cows the sweat gland is less in size because of the weather pertaining there and hence they can’t sweat and the impurities or the residual matters present will come in their milk which causes type 2 diabetic. This is the primary difference between the two breeds.

In Vedas the panchakavya is used to purify a human which consists of the five items we get from the cow- milk, curd, ghee, dung, urine. There is a proportion of mixing it so before performing the rituals or puja one has to take it to himself to get purified.
