Because of EXPECTATIONS. You expect people to react or behave in a certain pre-defined "expected" way, but when they don't it Hurts.

everyone changes when the meet new people.....everyone stays until u r rich beautiful nd dead..
we get hurted when they get changed cz we love them nd a little change in there behaviour hurts us a lot...moreover the simple reason is expectations.....we expect a lot .....we think everyone is kind as we own are bt the world is crucial....
U can try by asking urself "who hurt uhh?"....ur inner voice will reply "my own expectations".....
so dont except too much cz this too much will hurt u so much...
The mantra to be happy is to only live in present without any pre predictions nd expectations.....
