Why people do not consider Dalit as equal, even though law says it?

When something has been teached to a person from his childhood he will never think against of it and will pass on this message to their children and this sequence will go on...

So it is superistion that dalit are dirty but it is not the truth

I don't believe in it

AS PER LAWS WE NEED TO CONSIDER THEM EQUAL TO EVERYONE.....BUT PEOPLE DO NOT FOLLOW THE LAW ND THEY STILL CONSIDER THEM AS A DALIT BECAUSE THEY ARE OF LOW CASTE . AND THEY MAINLY SEE THEIR DRESSING STYLE AND EVERYTHING
