Why people do not consider dalit as equal even when laws says it

the mindset of the people in India is like that. their brains are hardwired to not like them even if the law prohibits to do so as they have been discriminating them for long. It is in the hands of the current youngsters to make sure that they see the world without any bias and make India and its peoples mindset developed.
